Filitas y Lutitas is a wine made with Moscatel de Alejandría and Pedro Ximén from vineyards over 50 years old in the Axarquía, with black phyllite soils and altitudes close to 1,000 meters. Harvested by hand, it combines the freshness and acidity of the Pedro Ximén with the aromatic potential of the Moscatel, fermented in centenary vats and aged 10 months on lees.
