Tantaka
Own vineyards worked under a minimum intervention and reasoned viticulture, located in a plot (La Encendida) located in Artómaña, in the Arrastaria Valley. The soils are characterised by their alluvial and semi-deep character, with a climate that ranges from Atlantic to continental, depending on the vintage. The vines are 5 years old, trained on trellises and double Guyot. Harvest: 100% hand-picked in 7 kg crates on 2 October. Fermentation in 350 litre open vats, with gentle pumping over and ageing in 1000 litre stainless steel vats for 6 months, and in the 4th month 220 litres were used to spend 2 months in barrels. Bottled 18 September 2021. Contains sulphites.
