The white listan vineyard is at an altitude of over 1,400 meters above sea level and is more than 90 years old, planted in small terraces, and is over 90 years old. After the harvest, the must is transferred directly to the old cask, which has been wrapped with manzanilla de Sanlúcar, where it undergoes alcoholic fermentation with its yeasts for 11 months on the lees. The wine has slightly acquired the character of the manzanilla aromas without having had a veil of flor, in addition to the fruity and mineral character of the wine. It has more acidity than sherry wines, which makes it doubly tasty.
