Harvest data
The beginning of the 2021 campaign was marked by higher than normal temperatures, delaying the beginning of bud break. As the year progressed, rainfall decreased and it was a dry summer until the beginning of ripening, with rainfall 2 weeks before the start of the harvest, helping the grapes to arrive in perfect condition for harvesting.
The grapes were harvested from October 1 to 25.
