Viberti Langhe Nebbiolo

Selected Nebbiolo grapes grown in various vineyards in the Langhe are hand-picked in 20 kg crates. Crushing and destemming and fermentation of about 10-12 days at controlled temperature in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled steel tanks. The wine is stored in stainless steel for 9-10 months. It is then transferred to oak barrels for a further 2-3 months before bottling. A further 3 months in bottle before release. This produces a ruby red wine that shows plenty of fresh fruit and substance on the nose and palate, fresh fruit and substance on the nose and palate, soft tannins and typical Nebbiolo power. A younger style of Nebbiolo that can be enjoyed in its own right and will encourage many consumers to continue to appreciate Barolo Contains sulphites.
