Rosé cava from Roger Goulart, with a special limited edition plaque for St. Jordi's Day 2024. Cava aged briefly to preserve its varietal character, its structure develops for 50 days on the lees before a brief aging at 30 meters deep, resulting in a wine that is persistent in the mouth and ready to enjoy.
Legend has it that in a village in Catalonia called Montblanc, a dragon spread terror by devouring an inhabitant of the village every day. But one day, it was the turn of the king's daughter to be served as a delicacy for the dragon. When the dragon was about to devour her, a knight, Sant Jordi, appeared and stabbed her with his lance. Thus he saved the princess and from the dragon's blood rose a rosebush full of roses.
