Hailing from one of France’s most legendary appellations, the Bonus Passus Châteauneuf-du-Pape 2021 is a red wine made from Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre using the traditional Rhône Valley method: the cap of grape pomace is submerged at the end of fermentation, softening the tannins and giving the wine its characteristic roundness and elegance. In the glass, it displays an intense garnet red color with aromas of ripe red berries, cherries, and spices; on the palate, it is powerful yet refined.
