Xic del Mel Brisado is a natural macerated white wine made from Macabeu grapes grown on the Les Llambardes vineyard, planted in 1983 at an elevation of 625 meters in the Penedès region. Fermentation in contact with the skins, pulp, and seeds, combined with six months of aging in chestnut barrels, enhances the variety’s authentic character and imparts a full-bodied, enveloping texture. With no added sulfites, unfiltered, and featuring spontaneous malolactic fermentation, it is a lively, complex wine with great personality, offering notes of ripe white fruit, sweet spices, and an elegant mineral undertone. An honest and unique choice for lovers of natural wines with the soul of the terroir.
