Camino del Bosque Blanco is produced at the organic winery Libre y Salvaje in Almonacid de la Sierra, a project committed to the restoration of old vineyards in the Sierra de Algairén, using exclusively native grape varieties from old, rain-fed vines. With vines over 35 years old growing at an elevation of 650 meters, this white wine honors the region’s historical tradition by blending varieties that have coexisted on the same plot for centuries; the grapes are hand-harvested and fermented separately to preserve the identity of each variety.
