After years of experimenting with the Garnacha grapes from Can Romeu, this was the vineyard chosen to produce this natural rosé. This mystical plot, surrounded by forests and located in l’Avellà, Font-rubí (Alt Penedès), is home to one of the most interesting Garnachas in the region. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts and malolactic fermentation. No sulfites added and unfiltered to avoid covering up or masking the aromas. A delicate yet very wine-like rosé that beautifully expresses the variety.
