La Raspa Tinto is a fresh wine made with Syrah and the native Romé, from vineyards at an altitude of over 800 m in the Axarquía. The grapes are harvested by hand, looking for the best ripening of the grapes. After a separate spontaneous fermentation, the wine is blended and aged for 6 months in French oak barrels, resulting in a fruity and well-structured red wine.
