The Bobal de Sanjuan Tinto, 100% Bobal, comes from old vines in Requena, fermented and matured for 10 months in cement tanks. It has a garnet red color with purple trim, intense aromas of red fruits, strawberry, violets and spices such as black pepper and licorice. The palate is elegant and fresh, with flavors of pepper, strawberry and cherry, balanced between acidity and polished tannins.
