Description
9 months in rhyme. Calcareous clay soils. A traditional method sparkling wine (with a second fermentation in the bottle), with 9 months on the lees to produce a sparkling wine. And to turn it into a brut (about 10 grams of sugar), the expedition liqueur is the necessary sugar dissolved in the same base wine that was used before the second fermentation. It has no mistelas, old or sweet wines, or other wines that could attenuate the fruity youth and the aromas of the short ageing. A wine of perfect elaboration as we are used to from the people of Valsangiacomo. Contains sulphites.
