Stainless steel tank for 5 months. Sandy-loam soils. This family winery works with part of its own vineyards and other vineyards whose viticulture it controls. Traditional agriculture with care and attention to their vineyards. For this wine they use grapes from their own and other vineyards. The grapes are harvested by hand in 15 kg boxes. Depending on the ripeness of the grapes, part of the grapes is left to macerate for a few hours before fermenting the whole must at a controlled temperature. After fermentation, it is kept in the same tanks with its fine lees for 5 months. A frank, honest, tasty and very dry Albariño, typical of the area, as the Ballesteros Sineiro family likes to say. Contains sulphates.
