La Rubia Fine Manzanilla
A Manzanilla of medium biological aging, enriched by a system of criaderas and soleras, with an average aging age of 3.5 years. It comes from the winery's own vineyard characterized by albarizas, mostly lentils in a coastal environment.
The aging cellar, Bodegas del Río, located in the historic Bonanza district on the banks of the Guadalquivir, takes advantage of the sea breezes to age a fresh, ethereal and sapid Manzanilla, with pronounced aromas of flower veil on the nose and a fast, vertical and saline mouth with a bitterly elegant finish.
