Harvest data
The 2020 vintage in Val do Bibei was of Atlantic influence and continental character. A late budding vintage that influenced a very slow ripening, dry and hot summer made the vines struggle to find the water and show their best qualities
Harvested in the first week of October, this is the last white wine to be harvested in Val do Bibei.
Tasting notes
Bright straw yellow color.
It presents a subtle and austere nose, sharp with iodized touch, balsamic notes and wet rock.
The palate is sharp with good acidity. It combines verticality and tension, and the saline minerality of the soil gives personality and character to the wine.
