Pas de Estudiant is an organic and biodynamic wine from the Montsant DO, made with Hairy Grenache, Carignan and Grenache Blanc from a plot planted in 1947. After fermentation and aging for 9 months in Austrian oak foudre, it presents aromas of small red fruits, with a deep, vibrant and complex mouthfeel. Only 3,344 bottles were produced.
