Silice Red

  • Grape Variety: Mixture of native varieties (80% Mencia, 9% Garnacha Tintorera, 9% Merenzao, 2% Brancellao)
  • Region of Origin: Ribeira Sacra, Amandi, Lugo, Galicia
  • Winemaking: The grapes are harvested by hand and fermented in 5000 liter foudres. The wine is aged on lees for 9 months in the same vats.
  • Soils: Granite, sand and slate
  • Description: An elegant red wine with notes of black fruits and the mineral touch so typical of the Ribeira Sacra.
  • Food Pairing: Ideal with grilled steak.

Villa Maria Private Bin Sauvignon Blanc

  • Grape Variety: Sauvignon Blanc
  • Region of Origin: Marlborough, New Zealand
  • Winemaking: Grapes are hand selected and harvested in the Wairau and Awatere sub-regions. The wine is made to highlight the vibrant and aromatic flavors characteristic of the region.
  • Soils: Well-drained alluvial soils composed of gravel and clay
  • Description: A fresh and vibrant white, with citrus aromas and a refreshing finish.
  • Food Pairing: Ideal with seafood ceviche.

Los Loros Listán Negro

  • Grape Variety: Listán Negro
  • Region of Origin: Güímar Valley, Tenerife, Canary Islands
  • Winemaking: This wine is made with grapes from vineyards located in volcanic sand and clay soils. The grapes are harvested by hand and fermented spontaneously in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged for 6-7 months in used wooden barrels.
  • Soils: Volcanic sand and clay
  • Description: A red wine with character, standing out for its balance and complexity.
  • Food Pairing: Perfect for pairing with roast poultry and fish.
