J. Charpentier Brut Prestige
Grapes from the crus Reuil, Le Breuil, Neuville sur Seine, Verneuil, Châtillon sur Marne, and Avenay Val d'Or. First alcoholic fermentation only in thermoregulated vats followed by malolactic fermentation and then blending with reserve wines, stored in temperature-controlled tanks and oak barrels. Subsequently, blending of two to three different vintages and secondary fermentation in bottle with aging on lees for a minimum of three years. Exclusive production of 36 to 44 months in the cellar. This cuvée is sold in beautifully silkscreened bottles.
Golden straw yellow and ripe. Bright appearance and fine, intense bubbles that form a very persistent rosary. Toasted and spicy notes on the palate with hints of fresh ripe citrus mixed with floral aromas. Perfect with light dishes or white meats, fresh seafood or roasted or fried poultry with creamy sauces.
