Ademán Carabizal Oak
Grapes from vineyards over 35 years old on trellises. Manual harvest in boxes and selection in the winery, with optimal control of the aromatic and polyphenolic extraction process. Fermentation at controlled temperature for 17 days with 2 daily pumping over. Aged for 5 months in medium toast French barrels.
It is represented by a 25-year-old hand through the Circle Game, symbol of the triple in basketball. With this we represent a type of oak wine, more youthful, and a type of vineyard.
