Selection of clusters from listán blanco vines over 50 years old, from two small clay plots of volcanic origin located at 650 meters altitude in the municipality of Arafo. 2023 was a dry year with little rainfall in Valle de Güímar. Several heat waves and a forest fire in August affected the harvest. Manual harvest, spontaneous fermentation with its natural yeasts in a French oak barrel of 500 L. where it remains 7 months with its own lees. Bottling is done without fining, so there may appear slight natural clouding of the wine. Production 650 Bottles of 75 cl.
