Libre y Salvaje Cariñena is an organic, terroir-driven red wine, made from 100% Cariñena grapes grown on old vines in El Pedregal, a challenging and unique enclave where the abundance of rocks and boulders barely reveals the soil, yet produces wines of power, freshness, and great personality. Cariñena is the only region in the world that lends its name to a grape variety, and this wine was created with the aim of showcasing its full potential: a variety that is sharper and more structured than Garnacha, with a beautiful interplay of aromatic layers. In the glass, it displays an intense cherry red with garnet highlights, aromas of plum and ripe cherry with spicy notes, and a vibrant, full-bodied palate with a broad, persistent finish. A red wine with character, history, and terroir, for those who enjoy the great wines of the most authentic Aragón.
