Vineyard Characteristics
Field selection of large Verdejo vineyards located in the municipalities of Rueda, and Alaejos. Rustic soils, low in organic matter, that produce grapes of excellent quality.
Winemaking Characteristics
Nighttime harvesting ensured that the grapes arrived at the winery in optimal condition. Pressing was carried out gently and under careful control to avoid unwanted extraction. The resulting must was transferred to stainless steel tanks, where alcoholic fermentation took place at a controlled temperature.
Throughout the process, the goal was to enhance and preserve the primary aromas characteristic of the variety.

The 2025 harvest has reaffirmed our philosophy of precision in the vineyard. In a year marked by an overall reduction in production in the Rueda D.O., our commitment to old vines and dry-farmed terroir allowed us to navigate the growing season with confidence and consistency.
The vintage stood out for its meticulous selection of Verdejo grapes in the vineyard, resulting in musts of remarkable aromatic complexity and vibrant freshness, capable of compensating for lower yields.
The commitment to sustainable viticulture and night harvesting, carried out at the optimal moment of ripeness, proved decisive in preserving the wine’s identity. The 2025 vintage thus maintains an elegant structure and that characteristic mineral profile, establishing itself as one of the most serious and recognized profiles in the appellation despite the climatic fluctuations of the growing season.
Tasting Notes
Pale yellow in color with greenish highlights that hint at its freshness.
On the nose, it expresses itself clearly from the very first moment, dominated by stone fruit—ripe mango and peach—alongside notes of pineapple and delicate hints of anise and wild herbs, which add freshness and complexity.
On the palate, it is elegant and silky, with a precise balance between vibrant acidity and a subtle varietal bitterness that adds depth and character. The finish is long, balsamic, and persistent, inviting another sip.
A refined pairing for white meats, fish, seafood, and pâtés, as well as perfect as an aperitif.
Recommended serving temperature: 8–10°C.
