Monovarietal of Sousón, a variety historically cultivated in Condado do Tea under the name of Retinto. A variety with a long cycle, small cluster and medium to low productivity, it is called to be one of the great grapes of Galicia. It produces very aromatic wines of deep color and great freshness.
It has a high, almost dark robe with violet tones. It has a high aromatic intensity, dominated by wild red fruits such as blackberry, floral notes, toasted, Chinese ink, Atlantic herbs, laurel and an elegant minerality. The palate is full of freshness and fruitiness, with very Atlantic mineral and saline sensations.
