2. where do I apply the promotional code?

From your shopping cart you can view the products you have selected and include promotional codes.

3. what is the packaging like?

It consists of a reinforced cardboard box with individual inner protectors. It protects the bottles against possible impacts, even between them. All our boxes are made with environmentally friendly materials.

In addition, if you want something more special, in the online store you can purchase wooden cases, packs with glasses and more options to make your order unique.

4. what payment methods can I use?

You can choose from a number of payment options that we offer: MasterCard, VISA, AMEX and Bizum. For orders over 500€ a bank transfer option is also available.

5. can I order a company invoice?

If you would like a corporate invoice, please contact our Customer Service Team.

6. what are the shipping conditions?

We deliver within 48 / 72 hours to all of mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.

At certain times of the year, these delivery times may be altered due to the high volume of orders.

8. can I make changes to my order?

Please contact our Customer Service Team and if your order has not yet been shipped we will be able to assist you with any modifications you may require.

9. is it possible to return?

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your products to request the return of the same.

You only have to contact us by e-mail orders@cvne.com or telephone 91 628 93 80 indicating your order number and the products you want to return.

You must return the units of the product that have not been tasted in perfect condition (not damaged, soiled or opened), properly protected and, ideally, in its original packaging. After verification by our team of the good condition of the products, we will refund the amount corresponding to the returned units within a maximum period of 10 calendar days, in the same payment method you used for your initial purchase.

Finally, we inform you that the return transport costs must be paid by you. Otherwise, the part corresponding to the returned products will be refunded minus the cost of transport.
