Vara y Pulgar is an exceptional wine made from Tintilla, an almost extinct variety of Jerez recovered by Alberto Orte. Grown in albariza soils, it is aged for a total of 18 months in alternating French oak and concrete tanks. It offers delicate complexity and good intensity, bright fruity flavor and distinctive minerality. It presents with notes of dark fruits, flowers and herbs.
