The grapes of the Tempranillo variety are picked by hand and vinified separately.
After a cold pre-maceration of the grape to avoid must oxidation and aroma loss, the alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats with indigenous yeasts at a temperature of 24ºC to preserve the aromas of the fruit.
The wine is then aged in oak barrels where it acquires volume and complexity before bottling.
Ruby red color with purple hints, good aromatic intensity of berries such as blackberries, currants and wild fruits. Light spicy notes on the nose due to its oak ageing. The palate is dominated by Tempranillo fruit with ripe tannins and a persistent and balanced finish.
Ideal wine to enjoy with Mediterranean food, pasta, rice, ham, all kinds of cheeses and meats.
Recommended serving temperature 15 – 17 º C. please store horizontally in a cool and moisture-free environment.
