Cune Rosé Bailarina
Wine with a nice pale pink color with light and elegant aromas combining spring flowers and stone fruits such as peach and apricot.
The grapes are harvested at the ideal moment of ripening, the objective being to obtain a wine with a moderate alcohol content, good fruit expression and balanced acidity.

Characteristics of the vineyard
Vineyards aged between 8 and 20 years, trained in goblet and trellis training, cultivated in Rioja Alta, mainly in Sajazarra, fresh clay soils, located in an east-west orientation, the grape varieties used are Viura, Garnacha and Tempranillo.

Winemaking characteristics
Once the Grenache, Tempranillo and Viura varieties enter the stainless steel tank and after a few hours of maceration, we carry out a gravity bleeding. We obtain a must that ferments slowly for 20-25 days at a controlled temperature of around 16ºC in order to maintain the primary aromas of each variety.
Once the alcoholic fermentation is finished, the wine is clarified, filtered and can be bottled.
Harvest data
The year 2023 has been complicated from the climatic point of view. After a very dry end to the spring, rainfall in June relieved the water stress on the vines. The summer passed with temperatures in line with the season until August 20, with an intense and prolonged heat wave that destabilized and paralyzed the development of the vines, the vegetation and the ripening of the grapes.
Subsequently, the vineyards recovered little by little.
what was the harvest strategy?
We carried out a very selective harvest, picking the grapes in some plots, waiting in other cases and thanks to the work done by the whole team during the harvests we found the point of ripeness in the vineyard, where we looked for fruit, good acidity and balance for the production of the rosé.
