This delicious champagne is made with grapes from the following crus of the Charpentier family: Le Breuil, Châtillon sur Marne, Verneuil, and Avenay Val d'Or. First alcoholic fermentation only in thermoregulated tanks followed by malolactic fermentation. Fermentation and subsequent blending with reserve wines stored in temperature-controlled vats. Aging is carried out with a blend of two or three different vintages, followed by cellaring for 30-36 months.

An elegant and aromatic blanc de blancs, with the typical and powerful notes of pastry so demanded by the great consumers of champagne.
