Made from selected loureira vines together with the alvilla del avia and albariño varieties, all planted on the Miñoteira estate on evolved granite (sábrego). The vineyard is located on very hard bedrock with a significant content of stones and gravels, which improve the sunlight exposure of the clusters. The grapes are harvested by hand, including a selection of clusters on the vine itself. The wine has remained in stainless steel tanks for nine years, without any lees work.
