Xic de Mel Blanco is produced at the Les Llambardes estate, located at an elevation of 625 meters in Torrelles de Foix, where Macabeu vines planted in 1983 have been cultivated organically for over a decade. Produced using organic farming methods and minimal intervention, it ferments spontaneously and reaches the glass unfiltered and unclarified, a true reflection of a vibrant and authentic terroir. On the nose, notes of citrus, quince, and subtle spices like cinnamon are evident, with a complex and elegant mineral background characteristic of great natural wines. An honest white wine, full of character and personality, for those who appreciate wine in its purest and most natural form.
