Made with cabernet franc, malbec and petit verdot. The cabernet franc vineyards are located in the lower part of the estate where the soils are poorer and the subsoil at 40 cm is limestone. This means that the production is low, less than 1 kilo per vine, which provides a floral and balsamic grape. The grapes are harvested at the beginning of October. Fermentation of the Malbec and Petit Verdot is carried out in stainless steel tanks with the whole grapes and almost no stirring. Ageing in 225 litre barrels for 18 months. Contains sulphites.
