Monastrel at 50% in a blend with 5 other varieties. Small plots are selected by their soil, age of the vineyard, altitude, slope, vigor of the vegetation, type of cluster and grains. Vines without irrigation and cultivated with methods that respect the environment. Little intervention in the soil, no herbicides, managing the native flora as an ally ot the vines. Manual harvest in 18 Kg boxes, with yields of 25-30 hl/Ha. Aged 25% in barrels, another 25% in vats and the rest in stainless steel for 10 months with its fine lees. No filtering nor clarifying.
