In the province of Cuenca, our vineyard is located in an area where wine culture has been a protagonist for decades. The terrain is at an altitude of 800 metres above sea level. The continental-Mediterranean climate of this region gives the vineyard many hours of sunlight, and the clay soil retains water, which is essential for the vines to grow healthy. Made with grapes from our estate from organic and biodynamic farming. Harvested at night and cold macerated before fermentation. Contains sulphites.
