Granite, sand and slate from vineyards in the Sil canyon. Vinification: 70% destemmed and 30% whole grapes with stems, fermentation and malolactic fermentation in used foudre, concrete and stainless steel. Aged for 9 months in a combination of foudre, stainless steel and concrete. Bottled by hand and lightly filtered. Pure Ribeira Sacra bottled. Contains sulphites.
