Colchagua Valley. This valley has an ideal climate for wine production, as there are no frosts in spring, and summers are very warm. Rainfall is concentrated in winter. Soils of colluvial-alluvial origin, 1 metre deep with very good drainage. Fermentation was carried out with selected yeasts and the extraction was defined during fermentation. Intensive pumping-over was carried out at the beginning of fermentation, which was then reduced by half or at the end of fermentation. Part of the wine is fermented in the liquid phase using the thermovinification process to enhance the red fruit aromas. The post-fermentation maceration time was defined for each individual tank, varying from a few hours to 7 days after completion. It was aged in American and French oak for 8 months. Contains sulphites.
