Bobal variety. Vineyards on calcareous clay soils from a single plot in Aldea de SanJuan. Old vines over 60 years old with low production (1.5 kg per plant) at an altitude of 700 meters, planted in goblets and density of 1,600 vines per hectare. No irrigation. Manual harvest. Aged in raw concrete for 10 months and then it is refined in used 500-litre French oak barrels.
