After more than 30 months in contact with yeast we have produced a truly unique cava focused on nuance and hints of ageing that perfectly complement the fruity tones of the base wine, as well as a fine sparkle that fits well into the ensemble as a whole. The result is a cava with a beautiful pale yellow colouring, a sparkle, and a clear and fresh bouquet with hints of white and citrus fruits, but with an evident background of fine pastry and light toasted touches. Fresh and dry in the mouth, highly consistent and a silky finish.
