Made with garrido fino, a variety native to the area. The grapes were harvested at night in August. Fermentation with temperature control (16 ºC) in stainless steel tanks with autochthonous yeasts. It remains on the lees for 60 days. Aged for 45 days in American and French oak barrels, which is noticeable on the nose and in the mouth, without losing freshness, which makes it not boring at all. Contains sulphites.
