Natural fermentation in 600-litre butts without added yeasts and six months under lees. Aged since 2014 in 600-litre butts filled with Oloroso. A PX with a balanced sweetness due to its good acidity and flavour. Unfiltered like the rest of the fortified wines of the winery.
